Morris Mohawk Gaming Group (MMGG), the sole licensee of the “Bodog” brand for online gaming services in the U.S., will be renaming its popular sports betting site Bodog.eu. As of January, 1, 2012, Bodog.eu will be changed to Bovada; this means online sports bettors in the U.S. can visit the new site to access information on major events, including odds on sports, business and politics.
MMGG is rebranding the site because its license with BodogBrand.com is set to expire on December 31, 2011. Although Bodog.eu will have a new name, the site will still feature all of the important information and services once available through Bodog.eu. What does this mean for Bodog.eu account holders? Nothing! Online sports bettors can expect the same products and services at the new site that were once available through Bodog.eu. In fact, Bovada has the same ownership, software, customer service, account information, and poker networks as Bodog.eu, which means online sports bettors can continue using the site without any problems.
The new site provides online sports bettors with the opportunity to bet online on a wide variety of sports ranging from NHL hockey to college football and NBA basketball. Bovada also provides U.S. sports bettors with online poker, an online Casino, and horse betting. When it comes to information, the site offers players news, guides, articles and more. But if you’re still not convinced that the new site is just as good as Bodog.eu, read our Bovada review here.
